Please read these terms carefully before using our website, software, or Chrome Extensions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at automation.amtaxhub.com, installing our Chrome Extensions, or purchasing any product or service from AM Automation (operated by AM Traders), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AM Automation provides the following services:

  • Premium Chrome Extensions (CNIC Print Helper, Tax Assist Pro, CamScanner Print Suite, PromptFlow, etc.)
  • Software licensing and license key management systems.
  • Custom automation consulting, Chrome extension development, and workflow automation services.
  • Technical support and documentation.

3. License Terms

Upon successful purchase and payment, AM Automation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software product for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Annual Plans: License keys are valid for the purchased duration only. Expired keys must be renewed to continue usage.
  • Single User: Each license is for use on a single user account unless otherwise specified.
  • No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with any third party.
  • No Modification: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our software.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments: All payments must be made in advance before a license key is issued. We accept payments via MCB Bank, EasyPaisa, and other methods listed at checkout.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The license key provided is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • The product was accidentally purchased and has not been activated.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase by contacting sales@automation.amtaxhub.com  •  Review us on Google ⭐. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software.
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys obtained from us.
  • Using our extensions for bulk scraping, bot automation of third-party systems, or any activity that violates the Terms of Service of platforms like WhatsApp or Google Chrome Web Store.
  • Any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, icons, and images, is the property of AM Automation / AM Traders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our content without our explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors in our software will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AM Automation and AM Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question during the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Website and extensions may integrate with third-party services (such as WhatsApp Web, Google Chrome, FBR systems). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Account & License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute our software.

Upon termination, your license to use our software is immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
