This Privacy Policy explains how the Chrome Extension Whats Reach by AM (referred to as "the Extension"), developed by AM Automation and operated by AM Traders, handles, stores, and protects data when you use the product on WhatsApp Web.

By installing and using the Extension, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension immediately.

2. 100% Local & Offline Processing (No Server Uploads)

CRITICAL DATA PRIVACY ASSURANCE:

Whats Reach by AM operates entirely client-side. We do not host any remote databases to store your communication logs, contact numbers, customized messages, imported CSV files, or media. All image and text parsing, batch processing, and messaging delays are executed locally in your browser's background context. Your business communications remain private to your device.

3. Data We Access & How We Use It

The Extension requests specific browser permissions to function. Here is how they are used:

  • Storage: To locally save your reusable text templates, custom delays, and active license status inside your browser's private secure storage (`chrome.storage.local`).
  • ActiveTab & Host Permissions: To interact strictly with active WhatsApp Web tabs (`https://web.whatsapp.com/*`) in order to automate messaging workflows under your direct control.
  • License Verification: When validating your Premium license key, the Extension makes a secure HTTPS call to our central license gateway (`https://automation.amtaxhub.com/license-check.php`). This request transmits only the license key and an anonymized installation token to lock the seat to your device.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not collect or upload your messaging data to any external server, we retain zero records of your chats, contacts, or communications. If you uninstall the Extension or clear your browser data, all locally cached templates and settings are permanently deleted from your computer.

5. Google Chrome Web Store Policy Compliance

The Extension fully complies with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Terms of Service and User Data Policies:

  • Single-Purpose: The Extension has a clear, single-purpose workflow: assisting you in sending customized messages to lists of contacts on WhatsApp Web.
  • Minimal Permissions: We request only the absolute minimum set of browser permissions required to perform this action.
  • No Ad Injecting: We do not inject ads, trackers, or make unexpected changes to your web browsing environment.

6. Your GDPR Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have complete rights regarding your data. Since all messaging data is kept locally on your machine, you have complete control to view, copy, modify, or erase all data at any time by simply deleting your saved templates in the Extension dashboard or uninstalling the product. For billing or license questions, you may request database updates by emailing us.
